Overview
These Subscription Terms apply when you purchase a recurring Granver product subscription. By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew until canceled.
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription renews at the interval shown at checkout, such as monthly or another selected cadence. Each renewal will generate a new order and charge your saved payment method for the product price, applicable taxes, and any shipping charges unless the subscription is canceled, skipped, paused, or otherwise changed before the renewal is processed.
Billing Authorization
By starting a subscription, you authorize Granver and its payment provider to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. If your payment method fails, we may retry the payment, ask you to update payment information, pause fulfillment, or cancel the subscription.
Subscription Price And Product Changes
Subscription prices, shipping charges, taxes, formulas, packaging, and product availability may change. If a material subscription price change applies, Granver will provide notice where required by law before the new price is charged.
Managing A Subscription
You may manage a subscription through your Granver account when account management is available. Available actions may include updating payment details, changing shipping information, skipping the next renewal, pausing, or canceling future renewals. You may also contact support@granver.us for assistance.
Cancellation Timing
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel, refund, or recall orders that have already been processed, billed, or shipped. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the next order is processed.
Skips And Pauses
If skip or pause features are available, they apply only to future renewals. A skipped or paused subscription may resume according to the timing shown in your account or confirmed by support.
Returns And Refunds
Subscription refill orders are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. The first-order satisfaction guarantee, if available, applies only to the first eligible Granver order and not to later refill shipments unless required by law or separately approved by Granver.
Account And Email Notices
We may send transactional emails about your subscription, including payment confirmations, renewal notices where required, shipping updates, failed payment notices, cancellation confirmations, and policy updates.
